The organisational structure of ICAR\u2013National Research Centre for Makhana, Darbhanga<\/strong>, is headed by the \u0928\u093f\u0926\u0947\u0936\u0915<\/strong>, who is responsible for the overall administration, research leadership and functioning of the Centre.<\/p>

The Director works in coordination with two important institutional bodies:<\/p>

  • Institute Management Committee<\/strong>, which supports administrative planning, institutional management and policy-related decisions.<\/li>
  • Institute Research Council<\/strong>, which guides, reviews and monitors the Centre\u2019s research programmes and scientific activities.<\/li><\/ul>

    Under the supervision of the Director, the Centre\u2019s operations are organised into three main areas:<\/p>

    Administration:<\/strong><\/p>

    The Administration section manages establishment-related matters, personnel records, office procedures, procurement, correspondence and other administrative responsibilities required for the smooth functioning of the Centre.<\/p>

    Finance:<\/strong><\/p>

    The Finance section is responsible for budgeting, expenditure management, financial records, accounts, audits and compliance with ICAR and government financial regulations.<\/p>

    Supporting Units:<\/strong><\/p>

    The Supporting Unit provides essential technical, academic and institutional support to the Centre\u2019s research and administrative activities. It includes:<\/p>

    • Rajbhasha Prakoshth<\/strong><\/li>
    • Agricultural Knowledge Management Unit (AKMU)<\/strong><\/li>
    • Institute Technology Management Unit (ITMU)<\/strong><\/li>
    • Library<\/strong><\/li>
    • \u0915\u093e\u0930\u094d\u092f\u0936\u093e\u0932\u093e<\/strong><\/li>
    • Incubation Centre<\/strong><\/li>
    • Priority-Setting, Monitoring and Evaluation Cell (PME Cell)<\/strong><\/li>
    • Human Resource Development Cell (HRD Cell)<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>
